Do you offer shell-only construction?
Yes. We offer concrete pool and spa shell packages for homeowners and builders. The quoted scope can cover excavation, formwork, reinforcing steel, pre-plumbing, shotcrete and formwork removal, in accordance with the approved plans.
Can I enquire before I have plans?
Absolutely. Tell us your suburb, the approximate space and what you have in mind. If you already have architectural or structural drawings, let us know and we’ll request them during follow-up.
What affects the price of a pool?
Size, depth, site access, ground conditions, spa additions, finishes and equipment all affect the price. We’ll discuss your priorities and provide a quote with a clear scope, inclusions and exclusions.
Where do you work?
We’re based in Sydney, NSW. Include your project suburb in your enquiry so we can confirm availability for your location.
How long will the build take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, approvals, engineering, access and site conditions. We’ll discuss a project-specific schedule with you before works are arranged.
